Payment, Billing & Service Fee Policy

Currency

Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices and charges on the U.S.-market GoTripDeals website are presented in U.S. dollars (USD). If your account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may perform conversion and may impose its own charges.

Payment Authorization

By providing payment details and approving a transaction, the cardholder authorizes the disclosed charges associated with the reservation and represents that they are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Multiple Transactions

A travel purchase may appear as more than one transaction. For example, an airline or other supplier may process one portion directly while GoTripDeals or an authorized payment provider processes another disclosed portion. Separate transactions associated with the same reservation do not necessarily indicate duplicate billing.

Card Authorization and Verification

For some assisted reservations, GoTripDeals may request electronic authorization and may retain information reasonably needed to document consent, such as cardholder name, masked card information, authorized amount, transaction details, electronic acknowledgement or signature, date and time, and technical information used for security and verification.

Service Fees

GoTripDeals may charge agency or service fees for booking assistance, ticketing, modifications, cancellations, fulfillment, or other requested services. Where a GoTripDeals service fee applies, the applicable charge will be disclosed before authorization.

Supplier penalties, fare differences, baggage fees, seat charges, hotel or resort fees, rental-car charges, taxes, and other supplier charges may be separate unless expressly included in the quoted total.

Changes After Purchase

A change to a reservation may result in supplier penalties, fare differences, additional taxes, and an applicable disclosed GoTripDeals service fee. The applicable amount should be communicated before a new charge is authorized.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, supplier rules, and applicable law. A supplier refund does not automatically make a separately disclosed GoTripDeals service fee refundable where the agency service has already been performed, except where required by law.

Fraud Prevention and Payment Security

Transactions may be subject to reasonable verification designed to prevent fraud and unauthorized use. Payment information should only be provided through authorized GoTripDeals payment or authorization channels. Do not send full payment-card numbers or security codes through ordinary email.

Billing Questions and Chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge or believe an amount is incorrect, contact us so we can investigate. Customers retain dispute and chargeback rights provided by their card issuer and applicable law.
