Travel Supplier Relationship

GoTripDeals, operated by Travel Gallop Co., acts as a travel intermediary. Airlines, hotels, rental-car companies, cruise lines, rail operators, tour operators, and other suppliers are independent entities responsible for the travel products and services they provide.

Supplier Terms

Your reservation may be subject to the supplier's fare rules, contract of carriage, cancellation and refund rules, baggage policies, check-in requirements, age restrictions, loyalty-program terms, and other conditions. Supplier rules can differ substantially by fare, route, product, and market.

Schedules and Operations

Schedules, aircraft or equipment, terminals, airports, routes, connection times, and service availability may change. Delays, cancellations, missed connections, strikes, weather, air-traffic restrictions, government action, or other disruptions can affect travel. Operational decisions are generally controlled by the supplier.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, transit documents, permits, health documents, and other documentation required by the countries and suppliers involved in the journey. Verify current requirements with relevant government authorities before travel.

Health, Safety and Destination Information

Conditions and entry requirements can change. Travelers should review current information from appropriate government, health, and destination authorities and make independent decisions about the suitability of travel.

Baggage, Seats and Ancillary Products

Baggage rules, seating, meals, upgrades, priority services, special assistance, and other ancillary services are determined by the supplier and may involve additional charges. Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Prices and Promotional Fares

Travel prices and availability change frequently. Promotional or “from” fares are subject to availability and may be limited to specific dates, routes, cabin classes, suppliers, or inventory. The price presented during the live booking process controls over promotional examples.

Separate Charges

Depending on the reservation, supplier charges and GoTripDeals charges may appear as separate transactions. The total authorized amount and applicable fees should be reviewed before payment authorization.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers should review all names, dates, airports, schedules, connection requirements, baggage rules, and contact details before approving a booking and again before departure. Travelers should arrive within supplier-recommended check-in times and monitor the supplier for operational updates.
